A recent move from a much-loved larger garden to a more manageable space was a new challenge for this couple. As a new development, it was a blank canvas aside from paving on the lower level and a large neighboring conifer hedge at the rear. The interior looks out onto the garden so it was important to create an outdoor room with a view down the length of the garden.
